A dashboard helps keep a music team in harmony

Wiltshire Music Connect is the Music Education Hub for Wiltshire. A small team work hard to make sure children across the county get the most out of opportunities to learn and play music. Online channels are really important to them but the team isn’t anywhere near large enough to employ a Google Analytics specialist. They selected our Google Analytics review service. We reviewed their existing set-up and wrote a report showing them what was working well and not so well on their website and social media channels.

Then we got the team together for a half day workshop to make sure everyone understood the principles of digital analytics and to help them, together, to agree some key metrics they wanted to keep focused on.

Then we built them a one-page dashboard in Google Data Studio which shows them performance against only the areas they felt, as a team were important. It highlights how people get to two key areas of their website and shows, at a glance, the number of visits to different areas of the site.

They paid a single, fixed fee for this work and they aren’t tied into any long-term contracts. We are, of course, always here if they need support in the future.
