Depending on the lab, we are either looking for partners to help research and development of these new services, or organisations that want to be first in line to try the new service out.

Kickstart service area metrics
Do you want to improve the way your organisation uses evidence in making decisions and prioritising resources?
This project works with a service area to develop metrics that help frontline staff understand the status of their own work and collaborate and cooperate to tackle issues as they arise.
Working iteratively with the staff in a service area your staff will take charge of managing their own performance and monitoring their own work. Drawing from the experience of Agile and Lean working as well as our detailed knowledge of data, analytics and culture we will kick start data-driven decision making with your staff.
